1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the daya9 platform and all associated services ("Services"). By accessing or registering on our platform through the daya9 website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services. daya9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to register on daya9 and use the Services. We strictly prohibit gaming by minors. We reserve the right to verify your age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

Accounts may only be opened in a personal capacity and for your own use — not on behalf of any third party or for any business purpose.

2.2 Registration Rules

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including:

• Your real name and date of birth
• A valid and active email address
• An active mobile number
• A unique and secure password

daya9 allows each person to operate one account only. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account credentials is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

We carry out an identity verification process to ensure secure transactions. You may be asked to submit the following documents when making a withdrawal request or in certain other situations:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is complete. We reserve the right to close accounts if the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

daya9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly if a breach of these Terms is suspected. The return of any balance in the case of legitimate losses will be decided subject to review.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on our platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method. There is no set maximum deposit limit, however additional documentation may be requested for large transactions for security verification purposes.

Deposits into the account must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals are faster for accounts that have completed KYC verification.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the payment method registered on the account
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing any bonus-related funds
• We reserve the right to put withdrawals on hold and investigate if fraud is suspected

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on daya9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions and VIP Program

Our VIP program has four tiers. Members advance through the tiers based on their volume and regularity of play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week

Each bonus and promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotions page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's terms will take precedence.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user abuses bonus benefits, claims bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempts bonus arbitrage, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

daya9 operates on a fair play policy. All our games are run using provider-supplied Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensures impartiality of outcomes.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game has its own betting limits and rules, which are displayed in the game interface. It is your responsibility to read these rules carefully before playing. daya9 reserves the right to void any bet if a game produces an irregular result due to a technical issue.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, notify our support team within 30 days of the event. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. The final decision on all dispute resolutions rests with daya9 management.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the daya9 platform:

• Operating an account by or on behalf of a minor
• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Falsifying personal information or providing a false identity
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or technical infrastructure

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

daya9 is not liable under any circumstances for the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers
• Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence
• Temporary suspension of services due to legal obligations

Even where our liability applies, it is limited to direct losses only and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11 Amendments and Termination

11.1 Amendment of Terms

daya9 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice may be provided via registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

11.2 Termination of Agreement

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned, however any bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be considered void.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will remain in effect after account closure.
